Well, our little baby turned one... four months ago! Yes, I'm just a tad late on posting this.
I can't believe how fast that first year went. I know, every one says it, but really, it still amazes me how fast and how much these little babies grow and develop over such a short amount of time. By her birthday, Bodhi was saying about a dozen words, and was using about six or seven signs. She wasn't walking yet, but she was well on her way. She only needed a little bit more confidence before letting go of our hands.
We had a pretty low-key birthday celebration for her. Just us, a few friends, a tour of Em-Te Town and some cupcakes.
We started out day with giving Bodhi her first birthday present.
Oooh! Blocks!
The blocks proved to be a hit! They are still her go-to toy.
Hopefully it won't take me another four months to get the rest of her birthday photos on here.
