Deirdre and I did another photoshoot exchange. She did a maternity shoot for me, and in return, I took some photos of her and her pets. I have to give all pet photographers a huge pat on the back. Animals are definitly more difficult to photograph than people. Although a little catnip does help!
After rolling around her living room floor with the kitties, we headed out to her apartment complex's courtyard. It's amazing how such inconspicuous places end up rewarding you with great backdrops for photos.
Thanks again, Deirdre! It's always a pleasure to photograph you. We will for sure have to do it again sometime!

She's Alive! Hey TJ! Haha, I thought you're camera had been blasted into outer space ;-) Good to see your still at it. I loved that blue/green door in the background - nice shots! And ya, I know what you mean about photographing pets. Actually in the last 2 weeks I was asked to do TWO pet shoot - my first two ever! It was really different thats for sure, but they turned out great. Eventually I'll get around to blogging them - I have 11 shoots to blog, I'm sooooo bad, haha. But things are going great! And CONGRATULATIONS! Maternity shots, eh? Thats super cool! That kid is going to be well documented ;-)
